ZigBee技术在机动车辆安全性能检测线中的应用研究

摘要
随着我国交通事业和汽车工业的发展,各地区机动车辆拥有量急剧上升,机动车辆安全性能全自动检测系统也得到了高速发展。由于其具有极高的经济效益和社会效益,它的应用极为广阔。
     IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee协议的诞生为无线传感网络及大量基于微控制器应用提供了互联互通的国际标准,IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee网络系统以其低成本、低功耗、易实现、可靠的数据传输、短距离操作、各层次的安全性等特点,为相关领域的发展提供了有力的技术支撑。
     本课题研究用于机动车辆安全性能检测线的无线传感器网络。主要作了以下几点工作:
     1.构建了基于IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee网络协议的机动车辆安全性能全自动检测线的无线传感器网络。采用星型拓扑网络结构,构造检测线现场无线传感器网络,实现总控机与各工位之间的相互通讯;设置无线网络主节点作为网络协调器,实现IEEE802.15.4协议的无线网络与TCP/IP协议的有线网络接入。
     2.设计了机动车辆安全性能检测线无线传感器网络的节点硬件。给出了以MC13213芯片为核心的电路原理图,并完成了电路调试。
     3.编制了机动车辆安全性能线无线传感器网络节点的软件。按照ZigBee协议规范开发了MAC和物理层协议栈,完成了基于ZigBee的星型网络的构建。结合Freescale公司的MC1321x-NSK开发平台测试,验证了此网络成本低,功耗小,在系统可靠性和兼容性方面表现出此项新技术的优势。
With the development of automobile industry and communication, the number of automobile is increasing quickly.And the development of Computer Aided automobile testing methods are quickly.The Automatic System for Automobile Testing(ASAT)is implemented to achieve this aid. As the high economic and social benefit that it's produced is concerned, ASAT is promising in this field.
     The appearance of IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee protocol offers the international standard for wireless sensor network and application based on micro-conrtol.IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee network system provided great help for interrelated field by its outstanding characteristics of the system supporting low cost operation,easily realization of the dependable data, short distance operation,the very low power consumption and the diferent layers safety etc.
     A wireless sensor network was developed to the ASAT in this paper. The primary contents of this paper are:
     1.Constructed WSN of ASAT based on the IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee network protocol.Achieved the communication between project control machine and work stations in star topology network structure.Set up a WSN master node as a coordination network,to achieve the access betweeen IEEE802.15.4 WSN and TCP/IP protocol lined network.
     2.Designed hardware of the WSN node of the ASAT.By the core of MC13213 circuit diagram was given,and accessed debugging.
     3.Preparation of the WSN node software in ASAT.Developed the MAC and Physical layer protocol stack in accordance with ZigBee protocol specification,completed a ZigBee star network.Combining Freescale's MC1321x NSK-development platform tests proved that the network low cost,low power consumption,the performance was highly valued in terms of the reliability and compatibility.
