摘要
通过在一台未对参数进行任何调整的直列四缸GDI发动机上,采用G100、添加正丁醇10%体积分数(B10)、添加乙醇10%(E10)、添加乙醇丁醇各5%(B5E5) 4种燃料分别进行台架试验,检测HC、NOx和CO 3种气体的排放值,从而判定含醇燃料对GDI发动机气体排放的影响.实验得出:冷启动时,B10污染物排放效果最好;怠速时,G100的污染物排放量相对稍低;在负荷工况下,B5E5的污染物排放优于其他3种燃料.综合车辆实际行驶工况和实验结果,可以得出B5E5的综合污染物排放效果最优的结论.
In this study,G100( 100% gasoline),B10( 90% gasoline and 10% butanol by volume),E10( 90%gasoline and 10% ethanol by volume) and B5E5( 90% gasoline,5% butanol and 5% ethanol by volume) are tested respectively on an in-line four-cylinder GDI engine without any adjustment. The emissions of HC,NOxand CO are measured to analyse the influence of alcohols on gas emissions of GDI engines. The study show that B10 has the lowest emissions at cold start,while G100 shows slightly lower emissions during idling conditions. Under load condition,B5E5 shows better results than the other three fuels in terms of gas emissions. Considering the real driving conditions and the test results,B5E5 is the best in the four testing fuels in terms of the overall results of gas emissions.
