摘要
自动监测是当前地表水水质监测的主要手段,在实时监测发布水环境质量信息和污染预警预报工作中发挥着重要的作用。做好水质自动监测的质量管理工作,是环境监测数据具有代表性、准确性、精密性、可比性和完整性的基本要求,是及时准确发布水质自动监测数据的重要保障,从而为客观评价水环境质量状况、反映污染治理成效、实施环境管理与决策提供科学依据。
Automatic monitoring is the main means of surface water quality monitoring, which plays an important role in realtime monitoring and publishing of water environmental quality information and pollution early warning and prediction. To enhance the quality management of automatic water quality monitoring is the basic requirement for the representativeness, accuracy, precision,comparability and integrity of environmental monitoring data, and it is an important guarantee for the timely and accurate release of water quality automatic monitoring data. Thus, it provides a scientific basis for objectively evaluating the quality of water environment, reflecting the effectiveness of pollution control, and implementing environmental management and decision-making.
