摘要
传统np控制图设计常忽视控制图设计的经济后果且对工序的细微变化反应迟钝,在倡导经济高效生产化的今天已很难适应。在这种背景下,提出了一种基于经济设计的双抽样可变抽样间隔型np控制图设计方案,并优化分析了控制图各参数变化对于控制图设计的影响。实验发现,文章所提出的np控制图相较于双抽样型np控制图和调整抽样间隔型np控制图平均提高了9.95%和4%的经济效益。
Traditional np control diagram design often ignores the economic consequences of control diagram design and is slow to respond to the subtle changes in process, which is difficult to adaptable to the case of advocating economic and efficient production today. In view of this, this paper presents a design scheme of np control diagram with double sampling and variable sampling interval(DSVSI) based on economic design, and then optimizes and analyzes the influence of various parameters of control diagram on control diagram designing. Experimental results show that compared with double sampling np control diagram and adjusted sampling interval np control diagram, the economic benefits of the proposed np control diagram are improved by 9.95%and 4% on average.
