认知社会资本对农村中老年人自评健康的影响——来自CFPS 2016的证据

本文基于CFPS 2016数据,运用描述分析和多项有序Logistic回归模型,分析了农村中老年人自评健康分布特征,并从信任、帮助感知状况和互惠三个维度,探讨了认知社会资本对农村中老年人自评健康的总体影响及分性别、年龄段差异。结果显示:农村中老年人自评健康状况总体较差且存在自评健康不平等现象;认知社会资本三个维度均与中老年人自评健康状况显著相关,较低信任、较差帮助感知状况以及较差互惠的中老年人更可能报告不良自评健康等级;认知社会资本的影响存在性别和年龄段差异,女性主要受信任、帮助感知显著影响,而男性则受互惠影响,认知社会资本的影响集中于中年人和低龄老年人,对中高龄老年人影响不显著。由此,提出相关措施建议以促进农村居民认知社会资本的培养。
