台湾地区乡村旅游开发对大陆乡村振兴实施策略的启示

摘要
随着我国经济迅速增长,人民生活水平日益提高,乡村旅游逐渐成为一大潮流。文章结合乡村振兴战略,对我国台湾地区的乡村旅游开发进行剖析,从其开发前期、开发过程以及政策保障三个方面,总结其发展经验:根据其旅游型乡村的关键因素进行分类;乡村旅游主题突出,特色鲜明;整合性的发展政策与法制基础。并且通过梳理我国现阶段旅游型村庄开发过程所面临的问题,结合台湾地区开发过程经验,从经济投入、城乡统筹以及开发模式中为大陆地区的乡村振兴的旅游开发提供积极的经验参考。
With the rapid growth of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, rural tourism has gradually become a trend. Combining the rural revitalization strategy, it analyzes the development of rural tourism in Taiwan, from its pre-development period, development process and policy guarantee. On the other hand, sum up its development experience: according to the key factors of its tourism-oriented villages; rural tourism theme is prominent, distinctive features; integrated development policy and legal basis. And by combing the problems faced by the development process of tourism-type villages in China at present, combined with the experience of Taiwan's development process, we provide positive experience for the development of rural revitalization in the mainland from economic input, urban-rural integration and development model.
