摘要
指出了常州市加油站汽油销售量随着机动车保有量同步快速增长,已成为常州市VOCs排放的主要来源之一。为准确计算加油站VOCs排放量,选取CARB(美国加州空气资源委员会)排放因子,并结合常州市加油站油气控制措施现状,建立了常州市2016年加油站汽油VOCs排放清单。结果显示:2016年常州市加油站汽油VOCs排放总量为379.51 t;所有辖区(市)中,经济相对发达的武进区、新北区以及人口较为密集的天宁区、钟楼区的加油站汽油VOCs排放量相对较高;不同类型加油站的油气控制措施均存在提升空间,其中,郊区民营企业加油站应作为VOCs污染控制的重点。
        With the increase of motor vehicle population, gasoline sales at service stations has been growing rapidly in recent years, and has become one of the most important sources of VOCs emissions in Changzhou. Using VOCs emission factors of the California Air Resources Board(CARB), a VOCs emissions inventory from the service stations was exactly estimatedin 2016 based on preventive measures of oil and gas of the service stations in Changzhou. The results showed that:①the total amounts of gasoline VOCs emissions from the service stations in Changzhou was 379.51 t.②among all districts(cities), the emission of gasoline VOCs in the economically developed Wujinand Xinbei districts, the densely populated Tianning and Zhonglou districts are relatively high③Preventive measures of oil and gas of all the service stations should be further improved. Among them, suburban private gas stations should be the focus of VOCs pollution control.
