摘要

本文从湿地的概念、基本特征与综合特性谈起,引导全社会对湿地保护工作多加关注,从各国湿地保护利用情况,到我国湿地保护利用情况,为未来黑龙江省湿地保护与利用探索新的更好可行之路。
        This article starts from the concept, basic characteristics and comprehensive characteristics of wetlands, and guides the whole society to pay more attention to the protection of wetlands. This paper introduces the protection and utilization of wetlands in various countries and in China,which explores a new and better feasible way for the protection and utilization of wetlands in Heilongjiang Province in the future.
