摘要
介绍合成氨转化炉对流段工艺特点,针对对流段原料气蒸汽混合盘管故障,从管壁温度、盘管材质、管材应力等方面分析爆管原因,最终确定盘管焊接接头的局部应力开裂为爆管故障的主要原因,提出并实施了对流段混合盘管截管更换的修复方案,取得了良好的效果。
        The process characteristics of ammonia convection section were introduced. The causes of bursting and over temperature were analyzed based on factors such as wall temperature, coil material quality and tube stress analysis. The results showed that the local stress cracking of the welded joint was an important source of bursting failure. Finally, a repair plan for mixing coil in convection section was proposed.
