试析美国“政治战”缘何回归
摘要
"政治战"的实践和理论由来已久,曾是冷战期间美主要对外政策工具,冷战后美基于对世界形势的判断降低了政治战的调用和投入。当前,随着美对华政策发生重大调整,以美兰德公司为代表的国家智库和多个研究机构连续推出研究报告,积极鼓动特朗普政府重拾冷战工具,对中俄等国发动"政治战",以维护美国利益和价值,值得密切关注。
