摘要
以江苏省连云港市新浦磷矿为例,阐述了矿山闭坑期间地灾治理及生态修复工程的重要意义、实施的新思路及可行性。根据该矿的实际情况,可采用尾矿充填技术处理井下采空区。建议在矿山闭坑过程中主动进行地灾治理及生态修复,避免采空区出现大面积塌陷,从根本上预防地质灾害的发生,从而为土地利用的多样性创造条件,将生态保护和经济发展相结合,可获得良好的生态效益与社会效益。
        Taking Xinpu Phosphate Mine in Lianyungang City,Jiangsu province as an example,this paper expounds the significance,new ideas and feasibility of land disaster control and ecological restoration works during pit closure in the mine.According to the actual situation of the mine,tailings filling technology can be used to deal with underground goaf.It is suggested that in the process of pit closure,land disaster management and ecological restoration should be carried out actively to avoid large-scale collapse of mined-out areas and fundamentally reduce the occurrence of geological disasters,thus providing conditions for the diversity of land use,creatively combining ecological protection with economic development to achieve the unity of ecological and social benefits.
