摘要
大数据为高等教育改革与创新提供了前所未有的机遇,应用教育数据挖掘和学习分析的技术可以全面及时地掌握高校成人教育校外合作单位的办学状况,提升质量评估工作的科学性和有效性。要达到这个目的,高校需要建设网络教育综合服务平台;研究制定科学的评估指标;构建在线评估与现场督导相结合、实时抽查与阶段性评估互补、内外部评估并行的办学质量评估保障体系。
Big data provides unprecedented opportunities for higher education reform and innovation. The application of educational data mining and learning analysis technology can comprehensively grasp the running status of off-campus cooperation units and make the quality assessment more scientific and effective. To achieve this goal, universities need to build an integrated network education service platform,develop scientific assessment indicators, establish a quality assessment system that combined with on-line assessment and on-site supervision, check and phased assessment in real time and finish school quality assessment to protect the system.
