平等对话——强调沟通的教育

摘要
教育沟通是指教师与学生之间通过有效的语言,运用合理的协调手段形成共识的一种人际沟通。在教育教学中,师生之间的平等对话是实现有效教育的前提,它能消除由于诸多差别产生的沟通障碍,促进教学的改革和发展,最终实现教师和学生的全面发展。
Educational communication refers to the interpersonal communication between teachers and students through effective language and reasonable coordination means to form consensus. In education and teaching, equal dialogue between teachers and students is the premise of effective education. It can eliminate communication barriers caused by many differences,promote the reform and development of teaching, and ultimately achieve the all-round development of teachers and students.
