摘要
通过使用秸秆与两种有机肥的混合物处理受原油污染河道沉积物,探讨了堆肥法处理含油河道沉积物的可行性。堆肥全程120天,动态监测了堆制过程当中总石油烃含量、温度、C/N/P比例及功能微生物数量变化,测定了堆制前后石油组分变化。结果表明,堆肥组石油烃总含量从(26.83±1)g/kg降至(17.22±0.74)g/kg,降解率达到36%;堆体于第50天达到最高温52℃;C/N/P比例呈现下降趋势;堆肥全程功能微生物活性高,烃降解菌和芳烃降解菌与堆制前比较增加了近4个数量级。堆肥处理后,沉积物中各理化指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置农用泥质》(CJ-T309-2009)中施用标准。
The feasibility of composting to treat oily river sediments was investigated by using a mixture of straw and two organic fertilizers to treat oily sediments. During the whole 120-day composting period, the total petroleum hydrocarbon content, temperature, C/N/P ratio and the number of functional microorganisms were dynamically monitored. The changes of petroleum components before and after the composting process were measured. The results showed that the total content of petroleum hydrocarbons in composting decreased from 26.83±1 g/kg to 17.22±0.74 g/kg, and the degradation rate reached 36%. The maximum temperature reached 52 ℃ on the 50 th day and the C/N/P ratio showed the downward trend. The functional microorganisms kept high activity during the whole process, and the number of degrading bacteria and aromatic degrading bacteria increased nearly 4 orders of magnitude compared with that before composting. After composting treatment, the physical and chemical indexes in the sediment all reached the application standard in "Sludge Treatment of Agricultural Sludge in Urban Sewage Treatment Plant"(CJ-T309-2009).
