摘要
以大鼠心脏发生心肌梗塞为实验条件,深入研究异甜菊醇钠溶液对于大鼠心脏功能的保护效果.在研究过程中,设置3种质量分数的异甜菊醇钠溶液,配置5组实验用大鼠.实验结果表明:对于最大舒张力、最小舒张力、左心室松弛时间常数指标, LAD结扎手术后未送药会有上升和下降,送药0.5 mg/kg的STVNa时最接近正常值,说明较高质量分数的异甜菊醇钠溶液可以改善这些指标.无论对于常见的心脏功能指标,还是心电图中的ST波段和QT波段指标,异甜菊醇钠溶液都可以对心肌梗塞后的心脏功能起到一定的保护作用.
The protective effect of STVNa on cardiac function has been studied in rats with myocardial infarction. In the course of the study, three concentrations of STVNa were set up, and five groups of rats were allocated. The experimental results show that, for maximal relaxation, minimum relaxation and left ventricular relaxation time constant, after LAD ligation, non-drug delivery will increase and decrease, and when the dose of STVNa is 0.5 mg/kg, it is the closest to the normal value, indicating that higher concentration of sodium isosteviol solution can improve these indicators. both for the common cardiac function indicators, or in the ST and QT band indicators in the electrocardiogram, STVNa can protect the cardiac function after myocardial infarction. If the concentration of STVNa is appropriate, an ideal protective effect can be obtained.
