摘要
为了解决装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙水平接缝连接之间存在的破坏集中、安装困难且不经济的问题,提出利用螺栓钢板接缝连接节点的方法。通过对两种不同类型的螺栓钢板接缝连接节点的低周反复试验,得到该连接节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性、刚度、耗能能力等受力性能。试验结果表明,装配式剪力墙螺栓钢板接缝节点具有良好的变形能力和耗能能力。接缝钢板上未加加劲肋的试件可以达到较好的延性和较轻的裂缝破坏形式;而接缝钢板上增加加劲肋会使接缝处钢板的变形和应力较小,反而导致剪力墙墙体的破坏较严重。
In order to solve the problems of failure concentration,difficult installation and diseconomy of the horizontal connection of the prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall,the paper put forward a new method for connecting by bolted steel plate. Quasi-static loading tests were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties such as hysteric curve,ductility,stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of two different types of connections. The experimental results showed that this new kind of connection had good deformability and energy dissipation ability. It also could be found that bolted steel plate connection without stiffeners could achieve better ductility and less cracking in the concrete shear wall. While the connection with stiffeners would result in less deformability and serious cracking in the concrete shear wall.
