摘要
在场地狭窄且无法施工锚杆、内撑情况下,采用双排桩控制基础变形、环境变形实现有效可控。某工程,车库比紧邻主楼基底深,车库基坑开挖在楼主体施工后,住宅楼基础CFG桩,车库支护选用不加锚杆的支护桩,实现车库基坑开挖后对紧邻住宅楼CFG桩基础稳定性的有效控制,为类似工程基坑支护设计提供一定的理论参考与实践意义。
Double row piles are used to control foundation deformation and environmental deformation to achieve effective control when the site is narrow and the anchor and inner support cannot be constructed. Some engineering,than adjacent to the main building basement garage,the garage after excavation in building main body construction,building foundation of CFG pile,garage choose without anchor rod retaining piles,realize the garage after excavation of adjacent to residential building the effective control of CFG pile foundation stability,foundation pit supporting design for similar projects to provide certain theoretical reference and practical signi?cance.
