摘要
论文以2012—2017年共1 298家制造业上市公司的面板数据为样本,实证分析在冗余资源的调节作用下,省域绿色创新环境对企业绩效的影响。在机理分析和研究假设的基础上,建立实证模型并运用系统GMM方法检验了省域绿色创新环境对企业绩效有显著的滞后促进作用,进一步考察了3类组织冗余对绿色创新环境与企业绩效关系的负向调节效应。研究明确了冗余资源的调节作用,为企业应对省域绿色创新环境的变化、提高企业绩效、实现"外部—内部"的联动传导效应提供了实现路径。
This paper takes panel data of 1 298 manufacturing listed companies in 2012-2017 as the sample, and empirically analyzes the impact of provincial green innovation environment on corporate performance under the regulation of organizational redundant resources. Based on the mechanism analysis and research hypothesis, the empirical model was established and the system GMM method was used to test the green growth environment of the province to significantly promote the performance of the enterprise. It further investigates the three types of organizational redundancy to the green innovation environment and corporate performance to clarify the negative adjustment effect of the relationship. The study clarifies the regulation role of organizational redundant resources, and provides a path for enterprises to cope with changes in the provincial green innovation environment, improve corporate performance, and achieve "external-internal" linkage conduction effects.
