摘要
作为"非营利性公共服务机构"的图书馆在我国的国际传播进程中发挥不可替代的重要作用。当前我国图书馆主要通过"国际馆际互借和文献传递""出版物国际交换与赠送""国际交流活动与合作"进行国际传播,缺乏系统性与一致性,且发展不均衡,仍然处于初级阶段。文章通过声誉管理的系统性视角,从单个图书馆的微观层面对其国际传播能力的提升路径进行剖析,并从开发各图书馆独特的声誉平台、内外并举增强图书馆的国际业务实力、重视对核心利益相关方的信息传播、深化图书馆的特殊公民身份四个方面进行了详细阐述。
As the non-profit public service institution,library can play an irreplaceable important role in China's international communication process. At present,Chinese libraries mainly carry out international communication through "international interlibrary loan and document delivery","international exchange and presentation of publications",and "international communication activities and cooperation". Through the systematic perspective of reputation management,this paper analyzes the improvement path of international communication capability of individual libraries from the micro level,and which has been elaborated from four aspects:developing the unique reputation platform of each library;strengthening the international business strength of the library through both internal and external efforts;laying emphasis on the dissemination of information to core stakeholders;and deepening the library's special citizenship.
