城镇黑臭水体治理技术探讨

摘要
对城镇黑臭水体的治理早已提上日程,但治理效果却差强人意。目前,部分地区的水体治理技术只是一种环保应急措施。频繁地加药、换水是一次污染物的转移和扩散,这不符合生态文明建设的本意。黑臭水体治理工程所追求的目标是协调河道生态保护与城镇发展之间的关系,尽可能维护原有的自然地貌和水文特征,保持河流景观与周围环境的和谐。
The treatment of the black and odorous water body in cities and towns has been put on the agenda for a long time. At present, water remediation in some areas is only an emergency measure for environmental protection. Frequent dosing and changing of water are a transfer and spread of pollutants, which is not in line with the original intention of ecological civilization construction. The goal of the river regulation project is to coordinate the relationship between river ecological protection and urban development, while maintaining the original natural landform and hydrological characteristics of rivers, and maintaining the harmony between river landscape and the surrounding environment.
