摘要
对单组分聚氨酯防水涂料生产中的相对黏度波动现象进行了影响因素分析,提出通过提高分散效率和减少单位时间异氰酸酯单体加入量的方法,将相对黏度控制在可控范围内。产品相对黏度的控制,减少了人为调节的生产环节,可提高单组分聚氨酯防水涂料自动化生产的连续性。
This article analyzes influencing factors of relative viscosity fluctuations in the production of one-component polyurethane waterproofing coatings, and proposes to control the relative viscosity within a controllable range by increasing the dispersion efficiency and reducing the amount of isocyanate monomer added per unit time. Control of relative viscosity of the product reduces artificial adjustment during production process, which can improve the continuity of automated production of one-component polyurethane waterproofing coatings.
