摘要
丰满重建工程坝上双向门机具有功能多、跨度大、运行距离长等特点,门机设计中充分注重新的设计理念、设计方法的应用。门机起升机构采用全封闭式传动,且同时设置工作和安全制动器,门机各机构均采用无级变频调速,门架结构采用三维有限元仿真计算,门机设安全监控管理系统。
        The bidirectional portal crane has characteristics of multi functions, large span and long moving distance on the dam of the rebuilding project of Fengman hydropower station. The new design idea and method are adequately focused and applied in the portal crane design. The totally enclosed type transmission is adopted and the working and safety breaks are set for the hoisting mechanism of the portal crane. The stepless variable frequency speed control is adopted for the each mechanism of the portal crane. The portal frame is calculated by three-dimensional finite element simulation. The safety monitoring management system is set for the portal crane.
