摘要
为研究多效唑对紫穗槐幼苗生长的影响,设置了5种不同浓度的多效唑处理(1、5、10、15、20 mg/L),测定分析不同浓度多效唑处理对幼苗地上部分和地下根系生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的多效唑均可对紫穗槐幼苗的苗高生长、主根伸长生长和地上部分鲜重起到显著的抑制作用,而对幼苗地径生长、根系鲜重的增加起到显著的促进作用,且均随着浓度的增加而逐渐增强。此外,多效唑对幼苗地上部分鲜重的抑制和对地下部分鲜重的促进导致幼苗的根冠比随着浓度的增加而逐渐增大。
In order to study the effect of paclobutrazol on the growth of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings, five different concentrations of paclobutrazol(1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mg/L) were set up to determine the effect on the growth in the treatment of the above-ground part of the seedlings and the underground root system. The results showed that different concentrations of paclobutrazol could significantly inhibit seedling height, main root elongation and aboveground fresh weight of A. fruticosa seedlings, but significantly increased seedling diameter and root fresh weight. The promotion effect is gradually increased with the increase of the concentration. In addition, the inhibition of paclobutrazol on the fresh weight of aerial parts of the seedlings and the promotion of the fresh weight of the underground parts led to the increase of the root shoot ratio of the seedlings with the increase of the concentration.
