摘要
上转换发光纳米材料具有对生物组织无损伤、近乎零背景荧光干扰、成像灵敏度高等诸多优点,在生物医学中有着广泛的应用。本文采用溶剂热法,以氟化铵作为氟源,乙二醇作为溶剂制备样品,通过调控反应时间、改变Yb~(3+)/Er~(3+)的掺杂比例来制备NaYF_4上转换纳米粒子。采用XRD、SEM、荧光光谱等测试手段表征制备得到的样品。样品在980nm近红外光激发下,发出橙红色的光。
Upconversion luminescent nanomaterials have many advantages such as no damage to biological tissues, near-zero background fluorescence interference, high imaging sensitivity and have wide applications in biomedicine.In this paper, the solvothermal method was used to prepare the sample with ammonium fluoride as the fluorine source and ethylene glycol as the solvent. The NaYF_4 nanoparticles were prepared by changing the reaction time and the concentration ratio of Yb~(3+)/Er~(3+).XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to test the samples.The sample emits orange-red light when excited by 980 nm near-infrared light.
