摘要
植物化感抑藻作用不可避免会受到环境的影响,我们的前期实验证明化感物质焦酚对铜绿微囊藻的抑制作用随碱度增加而增强。为了进一步探讨碱度对焦酚控藻效果的影响,本文调查了3个碱度水平下普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)对焦酚的响应。结果表明,焦酚暴露3天对普通小球藻的抑制作用随碱度增加而增强,但到第9天,碱度为1.51和6.04 mmol L-1时,焦酚对普通小球藻的抑制率分别为49.0%和-3.0%。高碱度水平下焦酚对普通小球藻的抑制作用随时间增加而减弱,这为蓝藻水华的选择性控制和池塘藻相调控提供了新的思路。
It is inevitable that the allelopathic effects of plants on cyanobacteria will be affected by the environment. Pyrogallol is a kind of allelochemical. The inhibitory effect of pyrogallol on Microcystis aeruginosa was found to be enhanced with alkalinity in our previous experiments. In order to further understand the effects of pyrogallol on phytoplankton under different alkalinity, The response of Chlorella vulgaris to pyrogallol were investigated under three different alkalinity levels. It was found that the inhibition effects of pyrogallol on C. vulgaris increased with the increase of alkalinity after 3-day exposure. However, when the alkalinity was 1.51 and 6.04 mmol L-1 on the 9 th day, the inhibition rate of pyrogallol on C. vulgaris was 49.0% and-3.0%, respectively. At high alkalinity level, the inhibitory effects of pyrogallol on C. vulgaris decreased with time, which provided a new idea for selective control of cyanobacteria bloom and regulation of phytoplankton structure in ponds.
