摘要
以南京正荣G64-A地块项施工项目为背景,对施工过程中采用的双肢楼梯构件的吊装、就位进行了详细的描述。该技术解决了传统单肢预制楼梯施工中预制构件过重、塔吊选型较大、施工成本较高的问题,且工序简单、节省工期,施工结果好、质量高,可为其他类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
Taking the Nanjing Zhengrong G64-A plot construction project as the background, the hoisting and positioning of double semi-staircase components used in the construction process are described in detail. The technology solves the problems of heavy precast component, larger tower crane selection and high construction cost encountered in the traditional construction of single precast staircase and moreover, it has the advantages of simple working procedure,shorter construction period, good construction results and high quality, which can provide reference for other similar projects.
