社会监督在聊城市河长制工作中的实践与探讨

摘要
本文以山东省聊城市全面实行河长制工作社会监督实践为基础,详细阐述了聊城市河长制社会监督工作在体系建设、监督渠道、督查督办以及宣传报道过程中的做法及成效,并从夯实工作基础、健全激励机制、创新方法手段、河湖智慧化管理、强化保障措施5个方面提出了聊城市河长制社会监督工作开展的建议。
Based on the social supervision practice of full implementation of the river chief system in Liaocheng in Shandong, this paper elaborates in detail the practice and results of the social supervision work of the river chief system in Liaocheng in the process of system construction, supervision channels, supervision and publicity and reporting. Then it puts forward suggestions for the development of the social supervision work of the river chief system in Liaocheng from five aspects as follows: consolidating the work foundation, perfecting the incentive mechanism, innovating methods and means, intelligent management of rivers and lakes, and strengthening safeguard measures.
