摘要

随着医疗行业的不断发展,现行《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB 18466-2005)等医疗机构污水监管相关的法律标准在执法实践中也出现滞后等问题。我们根据监督工作内容,结合执法实践经验,对执行医疗机构污水相关法律标准过程中发现的问题进行了分析,提出了若干思考建议,为进一步完善加强医疗机构污水监管,最大化监管执法效益提供依据。
        《Discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization》(GB 18466-2005) has been implemented for more than 12 years,. with With the continuous development of medical profession, there are also some problems with current legal standards related to sewage in medical institutions in law enforcement practice. Based on the supervision work,combined with the practice of law enforcement, we have analyzed the problems that we found in the course of implementing the legal standards of water pollutants for in medical institutions, and put forward some suggestions, to further improve the regulation of sewage in medical insititutioninstitutions, and to maximize the effectiveness of law enforcement.
