摘要
成庄矿5314大采高工作面在推进过程中,遇到了2条空巷、7个横川和1条平行对接切眼,极易造成煤体片帮和顶板破碎漏矸压溜问题,严重时甚至存在造成压死支架和顶板垮塌导致停产事故的风险。在明确工作面布置的基础上,从钻孔布置及施工、注浆管组合与封孔工艺、其他注意事项出发,详述了对接切眼深孔注浆的工艺流程;详述了53141巷充填柱布置、53146巷(垂直和斜交工作面倾向方向)充填柱布置等方案,以及锚索补强措施。实施效果表明,煤体顶板得到了有效控制,大幅度减少了顶板漏矸和压溜事故,在推进过程中保证了机电设备平稳和事故总体可控,保证了工作正常推进。
In the No.5314 large mining height working face of Chengzhuang Mine,because there are two abandoned roadways,seven connecting tunnels and one parallel abandoned open-off cut,it is very easy to cause roof caving,and even cause support crushing accident in serious cases.By analyzing the layout mode and parameter of working face,the borehole layout,grouting technology and anchor cable reinforcement measures were proposed.The practice effect shows that the roof is effectively controlled,and the accidents of roof falling and scraper conveyor crushing are greatly reduced,which ensures normal production of working face.
