摘要
化工生产中产生的低浓度、高流量废气,中间产品储罐、产品储罐出来的低浓度废气,以及真空系统出来的含氧废气,有机物含量少,一般不采用常规的焚烧法来处理,催化氧化装置可以处理此类尾气。催化氧化与直接燃烧法相比具有反应温和、不产生明火、系统安全性能高、节能、二次污染少等优点,催化氧化工艺与其它处理方法的结合也将使催化氧化工艺在有机废气处理领域更具有发展前景。
Usually, conventional incineration is not suitable to handle the exhaust gas coming from chemical production, chemical tank and vacuum system because it's low concentration, high flowrate as well as high oxygen contents, but catalytic oxidation treatment could take this job. Compare to the direct firing method, catalytic oxidation treatment is featured of moderate reaction, non-flame, high safety performance, energy saving and low secondary pollution. Co-treatment with other advanced methods could make the catalytic oxidation more competitive in the exhaust gas treatment domain.
