摘要
为改善精纺羊毛织物褶裥保持性,提高羊毛织物品质,研究精纺羊毛织物的织造工艺。通过改变织物组织、面密度、紧度、纬经比等结构参数,设计4因素3水平正交试验方案,探究织物结构参数与褶裥保持性指标之间的关系,并在此基础上,进一步验证分析织造速率等机器参数对织物拉伸断裂强力的影响规律。结果表明:选用2/2斜纹组织,提高织物面密度、紧度、纬经比,可有效提高羊毛织物褶裥保持性;选用较大的织造速率及上机张力能提升织物的拉伸断裂强力。
        In order to improve the pleat retention and quality of the worsted wool fabric, the weaving method to improve the pleat retention was proposed. The orthogonal experimental scheme about weaving with fabric structure, weight, tightness and weft-to-warp ratio as the main influencing factors was designed, and the relationship between fabric structure parameters and pleat retention of worsted wool fabrics was established. Besides, the way how machine parameters such as weaving rate affects fabric strength was studied. The results show that within a certain range, to improve the pleat retention, the 2/2 twill weave structure is preferred and the weight, tightness and weft-to-weft ratio of the fabric should be increased. The second, with the improving of weaving rate, the fabric strength is improved, which benefit the weaving efficiency.
