摘要
研制了一种以盐酸班布特罗与四苯硼钠形成的缔合物为电活性物质的涂丝型聚氯乙烯膜盐酸班布特罗离子选择电极,采用电位分析法和循环伏安法对电极的各项性能进行测定。测定结果表明,该修饰电极具有良好的能斯特响应,线性响应范围为10~1. 0×105μmol/L,极差电位为31. 0 mV/p C,检测限为5. 0μmol/L。将该修饰电极应用于猪肉样品中盐酸班布特罗含量的测定,并与标准方法对比,结果相符。
        In this paper,the coated wire polyvinyl chloride membrane bambuterol hydrochloride ion selective electrode was prepared. The associated complex produced by bambuterol hydrochloride and sodium tetraphenylborate was employed as the electroactive material. Potential analysis and cyclic voltammetry were used to determine the performance of the electrode. The assay results showed that the modified electrode had satisfied Nernst response in the linear range of 10-1. 0 × 105μmol/L. The differential potential was 31. 0 m V/pC,and the limit of detection was 5. 0 μmol/L. The modified electrode was applied for the determination of bambuterol hydrochloride in pork samples. Comparing to the standard method,the results were consistent.
