摘要
本文提出了相同等效密度这一条件下进行类蜂窝及六边形蜂窝夹芯结构等效力学参数对比分析的方法,这一方法将有利于工业中对填充材料类型的选取.基于能量法对类蜂窝夹芯结构和六边形蜂窝夹芯结构共面等效力学参数进行推导,并利用有限元法对类蜂窝夹芯结构和六边形蜂窝夹芯结构进行仿真分析,验证了理论推导公式的准确性.仿真结果显示在相同等效密度下,六边形蜂窝夹芯结构在x,y,z三方向的等效弹性模量均高于类蜂窝夹芯结构,但其等效力学性能随胞元边长变化时的稳定性低于类蜂窝夹芯结构,该对比方式为不同类型蜂窝夹芯结构的选取提供了参考.
        This paper presents a method for comparative analysis of equivalent mechanical parameters of quasi-honeycomb and hexagonal honeycomb sandwich structures under the same equivalent density.This method will facilitate the selection of filler types in the industry.The coplanar equivalent mechanical parameters of quasi-honeycomb Sandwich structure and hexagonal honeycomb sandwich structure are derived based on energy method.The finite element method is used to simulate the quasi-honeycomb sandwich structure and hexagonal honeycomb sandwich structure.The accuracy of theoretically derived formula is verified.Simulation results show that under the same effective density,the equivalent elastic modulus of the hexagonal honeycomb sandwich structure in the x,y,and z directions is higher than that of the quasi-honeycomb sandwich structure;but the equivalent mechanical properties are lower than the quasi-honeycomb sandwich structure when the cell length changes.This comparison method provides a reference for the selection of different types of honeycomb sandwich structures.
