近30 a来广东水利事业发展历程回顾

摘要
1992年前,广东开展了大规模水利水电建设,初步形成了多功能的水利水电工程体系。1992年,广东省委、省政府作出《关于进一步加强水利建设的决定》,至今近30 a来,广东省水利事业持续高速发展,为城乡经济社会发展提供了更加有效的水安全保障。以水利工作发展历史进程的基础上,提出广东省的水利发展应坚持人与自然和谐共生,把水利融入到生态文明建设的总体框架中谋划和发展,从供给侧研究提升水安全保障能力,带头践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,走出一条具有岭南特色的水生态文明建设道路,为生态文明建设作贡献。
Guangdong had undertaken a large of water conservancy and hydropower construction before 1992, and it formed a multi-functional water conservancy and hydropower projects system. Since Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Government make the decision on further strengthening water conservancy construction in 1992, it has been more than 30 years past, and the water conservancy industry in Guangdong Province has continued to develop rapidly, providing more effective water security for urban and rural economic and social development. On the basis of summing up the historical process of water conservancy work, the development of Water Conservancy in Guangdong province should adhere to the harmonious symbiosis between humankind and nature, integrate water conservancy into the overall framework of ecological civilization construction, improve the ability of water safety and security from the supply side research; and take the lead in understanding and practing that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, create a road of water ecological civilization construction with Lingnan characteristics, and make a contribution to the construction of ecological civilization.
