摘要
以辣木种子为外植体,诱导获得无菌苗,然后通过用无菌苗的嫩茎诱导愈伤组织分化不定芽,再将不定芽诱导生根,获得完整植株,建立辣木的离体再生体系。结果表明,适合辣木种子诱导无菌苗的培养基为MS_0,诱导率达95%;适合无菌苗茎段诱导愈伤组织的培养基为MS+2,4-D 0.8 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L,诱导率达87.03%;适合愈伤组织分化不定芽及不定芽增殖的培养基为改良MS+6-BA0.6 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,芽分化率达83.33%,芽增殖系数达4.2;适合不定芽生根的培养基为1/3MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,生根率达92.7%,平均根数达5.78。
        The seeds of Moringa oleifera were used as explants to induce and obtain aseptic seedlings, and then the callus was induced to differentiate adventitious buds by using the tender stems of seedlings,then the adventitious buds were induced to take root to obtain complete plants and establish in vitro regeneration system.Results showed that culture medium MS_0 was suitable for the seeds of M. oleifera to induce sterile seedings,the induction rate was 95%.The optimal callus induced medium was MS+2,4-D 0.8 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L,the induction rate was 87.03%.The optimal medium for adventitious buds differentiation and multiplication were modified MS+6-BA0.6 mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L,the differentiation rate was 83.33%,the muitiplication coefficient was 4.2.The optimal rooting culture medium was 1/3 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,the rooting rate was 92.7%,the average root number was 5.78.
