京东物流以正的净现值为目标的公司战略

摘要
NPV法则是使用净现值作为接受或拒绝投资项目的决策标准。在公司经营发展的战略选择中,企业也可以以正的净现值为目标制定自身的发展战略。阐述NPV法则以及以正的净现值为目标的基本策略,并介绍京东物流的发展情况与竞争优势。通过分析京东物流在研发核心技术、产品差异化、推出新产品或服务以及设置进入障碍4个方面的公司战略,进而说明企业以正的净现值为目标进行发展的重要意义。
NPV Rule is a decision-making rule which takes net present value as a standard to accept or reject any investing or financing project. The NPV rule is also effectively applied in the area of corporate strategy. Firstly, basic theory about the NPV will be introduced. A brief introduction concerning the situation and strength of JD Logistics will be introduced. Finally, this paper elaborates the significance of NPV Rule when making corporate strategy by analyzing how JD Logistics develop core technology, differentiate the products and service, introduce new products and make entry block.
