摘要
针对普通滑套式捞油工具在生产中普遍存在卡井、泄压及解卡效果不理想等问题,对配套工具中的捞油装置进行改进研发,增加了遇阻卸油功能和防卡功能,同时预留了打捞接头功能,解决了捞油过程中轻微遇阻和卸油解卡问题,同时增加了二次压力剪钉解决了捞油工具卡井打捞困难的问题,同时还解决了捞油到井口处剩余油的问题,大大降低了员工的工作强度。
        Aiming at the problems of common sliding sleeve oil recovery tools in production, such as stuck wells, pressure relief and poor effect of unblocking, the oil recovery device in the matching tools is improved and developed. The function of oil relief and anti-blocking is added, and the function of fishing joint is reserved, which resolves the problem of slight resistance and release of oil in the process of oil recovery.And it increasesthe secondarypressure shear nail to solve the problem of fishing difficultyin fishing wells of oil recoverytools. At the same time,it solves the problem ofremaining oil at the well head and greatly reduces the working intensity of the staff.
