摘要
"十三五"期间,辽宁省建筑业取得新发展,对区域经济发展起到重要的推动作用。但由于产业结构调整的加速和市场竞争形势的变化,建筑业技术技能人才与建筑业的发展需求之间也出现一些矛盾。为了进一步提高人才培养质量,在对辽宁省建筑业技术技能人才队伍现状进行分析的基础上,探究精准理念下建筑业技术技能人才队伍建设的对策。
During the 13th Five-year plan, the construction industry in Liaoning Province has achieved new development, which plays an important role in promoting regional economic development. However, due to the acceleration of industrial structure adjustment and changes in the market competition situation, there are also some contradictions between the technical and skilled personnel in construction industry and the development needs of the construction industry. In order to further improve the quality of talents training, based on the analysis of the status quo of the technical and skilled talents in construction industry in Liaoning Province, the paper explores the countermeasures for the construction of technical and skilled talents in construction industry under the concept of precision.
