校企合作教学新模式在高职老年服务与管理专业的应用研究——以龙人·伍心家园为例

摘要
为了掌握老年服务与管理专业学生在校企合作教学新模式下的教学应用及进展情况,将老年服务与管理学生分为A组(实践交替教学模式)和B组(传统高职院校教学模式),对《中医养生保健》《老年心理护理》《老年护理综合实训》《老年人康复与训练》和《养老机构管理与运营实务》课程进行实操考试项目的教学与考核。结果显示:A组较B组在《老年心理护理》的放松疗法项目和《老年护理综合实训》的心肺复苏项目的掌握度上有显著的提升(P<0.05)。最后,得出结论:校企合作教学新模式对高职老年服务与管理专业的发展具有促进意义。
To expound the teaching application and progress of the students in the new mode of school-enterprise cooperative teaching, elderly service and management majors were divided into group A and group B. Group A adopts the practice alternating teaching mode while group B adopts the traditional teaching mode of higher vocational colleges. Through the course of Health Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Psychological Care of the Elderly, Comprehensive Practical Training of the Elderly Care, Rehabilitation and Training of the Elderly and Management and Operation Practice of the Nursing Institutions, we conducted the teaching and assessment of practical operation test items. The result showed compared with group B, group A showed significant improvement in the degree of mastery for the relaxation therapy program in Psychological Care of the Elderly, and for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation program in Comprehensive Practical Training of the Elderly Care(P<0.05).Conclusion was made that the new mode of school-enterprise cooperative teaching is of great significance to the development of seniors service and management specialty in higher vocational colleges.
