摘要
为满足氨法脱硫工艺设计需求,测定和计算了在θ环填料塔中氨法脱硫的气相体积传质系数,并考察了气体流量、吸收液喷淋密度以及氨水质量分数对气相体积传质系数的影响。结果表明,在气体流量增大和吸收液喷淋密度增大的过程中,相对应的气相体积传质系数也会随之增大,另外气体流量对于体积传质系数的影响更加显著。在吸收液中氨水质量分数增加过程中,气相体积传质系数随之增加;进口气体中SO2含量降低,情况亦如此。实验体系中,气相体积传质系数的关联方程式为Kga=0.172 6G0.843L0.116,经实验数据的验证,该公式有一定的可靠性。
In order to meet the requirement of technological design of ammonia desulphurization,the gas phase volume mass transfer coefficient(K_ga) of ammonia desulphurization in θ-ring packed tower was measured and calculated.A nd the effect of gas flow rate,spray density of absorbing liquid and ammonia mass fraction etc on the K_ga was examined.The experiment showed that corresponding K_ga gradually increased with the increase of the gas flow rate and the spray density of absorbing liquid.A nd the effect of the gas flow rate on the K_ga was more remarkable.A s the mass fraction of ammonia in the absorbent solution increased and the SO_2 content in inlet gas decreased,the K_ga increased gradually.In the experimental system,the correlation equation of K_ga was that:K_ga=0.172 6G~(0.843)L~(0.116).Through validation of the experimental data,this correlation equation had certain reliability.
