摘要
武钢1号高炉投产近18年,存在炉体冷却壁破损多、炉缸监控难度大、原燃料条件复杂多变和设备系统老化等问题,在确保高炉安全生产的同时,通过采取改进设计、强化管理、精细操作、优化布料制度等措施,取得了良好的技术经济指标,2018年平均利用系数2.198,燃料比491.9kg/t,煤气利用率49.87%,炉缸水温差控制在0.35℃,炉缸状况安全可控,实现了炉役末期的安全低耗运行。
WISCO's No.1 BF has been put into production for nearly 18 years and it faces many problems,such as damage of furnace body cooling staves,difficult monitoring of the hearth,complicated and diversified conditions of raw material and fuel and aging of the equipment system.On the premises of ensuring BF safe production,some measures are taken,such as modification in design,strengthening of management,refinement of operation,and optimization of burden distribution system.These measures result in better techno-economic indexes:in 2018,average productivity reaches 2.198,fuel rate decreases to 491.9 kg/t with gas utilization rate of 49.87% and differential temperature of water for the hearth is only 0.35 ℃.The hearth operates in a safe and controllable way,realizing safe and low-cost operation at its post campaign.
