摘要
某铜选厂尾矿中铜矿物主要以粗粒贫连生体形式产出,尾矿中+0.125mm粒级铜金属分布率占55.66%,+0.074mm粒级铜金属分布率占72.83%。为了进一步提高经济效益,减轻尾矿排放的环境保护压力和尾矿库库容压力,特进行了尾矿再选精矿再磨返回粗选作业提升指标的可行性研究。研究结果表明,该技术可提高铜回收率2.62个百分点,指标提升明显。该技术方案为下步流程改造提供了技术依据。
The copper minerals in the tailings of a copper concentrator are mainly existed in the form of barren coarse-locked particle. The distribution rate of copper metal of +0.125mm size fraction in tailings accounts for 55.66%, and the distribution rate of copper metal of +0.074mm size fraction accounts for 72.83%. In order to further improve the economic benefits, reduce the environmental protection pressure of tailings discharge and the pressure of tailings storage capacity, a feasibility study was carried out on the improving index of re-flotation concentrate reground return to rough separation. The research results show that the technical can increase the copper recovery rate by 2.62 percentage points and the index increase is obvious. The technical solution provides a technical basis for the next step of flowsheet transformation.
