摘要

正确认识我国水生态系统所存在的问题和面临的形势,有针对性地进行系统的保护与修复是推进生态文明建设和持续改进农村人居环境的关键。本文分析了北方农村地区水环境污染的现状和成因,提出了创新法规政策模式、优化管理方式、因地制宜选择污水收集方式、加强宣传科普工作、着力保护自然生态风貌等推进生态文明建设的措施。
        Correctly understanding the existing problems and the situation of water ecosystem in China,and carrying out the systematic protection and restoration is the key to promote the construction of ecological civilization and to continuously improve the rural human settlements environment. This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of water environmental pollution in rural areas of the northern China,then puts forward measures to promote construction of ecological civilization,such as innovating the mode of laws and regulations,optimizing the management mode,selecting the sewage collection mode according to the local conditions,strengthening the propaganda of science popularization and protecting the natural ecological style and appearance.
