摘要
2017年2—5月在向家坝库区、长江江津段及赤水河赤水市段水域布设竹框架人工鱼巢共60 000m2进行鱼类生境修复试验。结果表明,长江上游3个水域人工鱼巢黏附鱼卵量分别达11.03亿、5.67亿及9.08亿粒,黏附鱼卵经种类鉴定均为鲤、鲫两种。人工鱼巢布设可分别增殖3 750.20万、9 675.05万及2 460.81万尾鱼苗,并可吸引其他鱼类幼鱼索饵。人工鱼巢由于黏附鱼卵的孵化以及卵膜腐败导致局部水体DO下降,NH3-N、COD和SS等指标升高,但未改变水质类别。
        Artificial fish nest made of bamboo poles and aquatic plants were set up in Xiangjiaba reservoir area,the Jiangjin section of the Yangtze river and the Chishui city of the Chishui river from February to May in 2017. The results showed that the number of adhesive eggs reached 11.03 billion,5.67 billion and 9.08 billion. All of the adhered fish eggs were identified as Cyprinus carpio and Carassius auratus by species identification. It can proliferate 37.502 0 million,96.750 5 million and24.608 1 million fish larvae respectively and attract other fish larvae. Owing to the hatching of adhesive eggs and the rotting of egg membrane,dissolved oxygen concentration of local water in artificial fish nest decreased,ammonia nitrogen concentration,chemical oxygen demand concentration and suspended solids concentration increased slightly,but the water quality index was still below the limit of class III of surface water.
