摘要

在对洛阳老城历史街区交通概况和问题分析的基础上,提出洛阳老城历史街区交通路网系统提升改善,要按照覆盖全面、交通便捷;功能明确、分流清晰;绿色出行、经济环保的原则,优化交通模式,改善交通设施,综合调整街区道路等级,规划交通枢纽和停车场建设,开发街区地下空间,发展地铁和轻轨,提升洛阳城市交通效率。
        In luoyang city based on the analysis of the historical block traffic situation and problems, Improve and luoyang city historic district transportation network system is proposed,According to cover comprehensive, convenient transportation;Function clear, clear shunt;Green travel, the principle of economy and environmental protection, Optimize the mode of transportation, improve traffic facilities, comprehensive adjustment block level roads, and construction of the parking lot planning transportation hub, underground space development block, development of subway and light rail, promote efficiency of luoyang city traffic.
