天府新区建设“大美世界文化名城公园城市”的理念与路径

摘要
四川天府新区作为国家级新区,承担着创新城市发展先行先试的改革重任。从天府新区的城市规划和产业规划研究出发,依托天府新区的自然禀赋、历史底蕴和良好的生态本底,提出天府新区着力打造世界文化名城公园城市的发展愿景,探索推进天府新区文创主导产业发展的现实路径,在新城发展有机更新中,努力建设产城人境融合、自然生态秀美,充满生机的新型现代化国际都城。
As a state-level new area, Tianfu New Area holds the responsibility to explore the new paradigm of innovative urban development. Building upon concepts from urban planning and industrial management, this article claims wealthy natural resources, local historical background and healthy ecological systems allow Tianfu New Area to build the world cultural Park City with integration of culture and innovation driven economics. The self-evolved Tianfu New Area strives to be a beautiful, livable and harmonic modern city in the future.
