摘要

阐述六个严禁专项行动对林场保护利用规划的价值和具体应用重点内容,分析在六个严禁专项行动中发现的问题,从加强跟各个主体的宣传与交流活动、重视对林场各个地区的调研与巡查活动、明确建筑项目使用林地的流程、积极打击各个森林资源违法活动四个方面,提出了六个严禁专项行动中各个问题的改善对策。
        This paper explained the value and specific application of six prohibited special actions on forest protection and utilization planning, and it analyzed the problems found in the six prohibited special actions. It proposed six improvement measures for prohibiting various problems in special operations, including strengthening the propaganda and exchange activities with various subjects, paying attention to the various areas of the forest farm, investigating and inspecting activities,clarifying the process of using forest land for construction projects, and actively combating the illegal activities of various forest resources,.
