“全渗透”思想政治教育模式引领大学生成长成才的探索

摘要
高校思想政治工作要立足于引领大学生成长成才,才能发挥作用。文章以南京工业职业技术学院经济管理学院为例,把思想政治教育渗透到大学生成长成才的方方面面,包括渗透人生发展定向、渗透专业教育教学、渗透校园文化建设、渗透就业与创新创业教育等方面,提出了"全渗透"思想政治教育模式,全面引领大学生成长成才。
The ideological and political work of colleges and universities should be based on leading college students to grow into talents in order to play a role. Taking the school of economics and management of Nanjing Institute of industrial occupation and technology as an example, this article penetrates ideological and political education into all aspects of college students' growth,including permeating life development orientation, permeating professional education teaching, permeating campus cultural construction,permeating employment and innovating entrepreneurship education. This paper puts forward the ideological and political education mode of "full penetration" and leads the college students to grow into talents.
