智力资本研究的进展、困扰及前瞻
摘要
通过分析国内外智力资本相关文献,发现智力资本内涵、构成及其与企业绩效之间关系的研究难点及困扰。结合企业生命周期,探讨智力资本要素动态组合后对企业绩效的影响,并从企业发展阶段的角度,探讨智力资本要素开发方向,基于此,结合当前我国的宏观环境提出智力资本研究的内在发展趋势与外在发展趋势。
