摘要

以湖北省保康县为例,对生态文明示范县的建设进行了SWOT分析、诊断,围绕38项创建考核指标,结合创建工作进展现状,分析了保康县创建国家生态文明建设示范县存在的差距,提出了下一步改进的重点任务,旨在为保康县成功创建提供决策支撑。
        Taking Baokang County of Hubei Province as an example, assessment indicators around 38 items are establishedthrough the SWOT analysis and diagnosis of the construction of ecological civilization demonstration counties. Combined with the status quo of creation work, this paper clearly ensures the existence of the demonstration county of national ecological civilization construction in Kang County.The next key tasks are proposed,aiming to provide decision support for the successful creation of Baokang County.
